Be sure to have all of the ingredients on hand so you can start the first thing in the morning. You will need tomato paste (I prefer Contadina), tomatoes (canned or fresh),diced onion, fresh garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and parmesan cheese. You can also add meat to your sauce- ground meat, meatballs, or sausage.

The first step is to brown the meat, diced onion, and fresh garlic. You can chop the garlic or slice it very thinly with a razor like Pauli does in “ Goodfellas”. Drain any excess fat.

Now you are ready to add the tomatoes and the tomato paste. For each can of tomato paste that you use, you will need to add 3 cans of water. I use 3 cans of paste when I make sauce. Stir well. Add salt, pepper, oregano, and parmesan cheese.

Bring all of these ingredients to a boil,then turn heat down slightly. Let boil for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. After 1 hour, turn heat down to simmer. Let simmer for 3-4 hours. The longer the sauce simmers, the better it will be! If you prefer a thin sauce, keep covered while simmering. If you prefer a thicker sauce, the lid should be slightly off to allow the steam to escape.

Add the pasta of your choice and enjoy! You may also want to serve salad and Italian bread with your meal. The best addition to this meal is a house full of family and friends!

Thirdly, I’m going to teach you how to mix the dye.

Use your darker colors first, then add the lighter ones, if the lighter colors bleed on the dark colors, you will never be able to tell. If darker dye drops on lighter dye, rub off to remove it.

3. When you are finished dying the shirt, you need to get a trash bag, or even plastic wrap and wrap them up. The book says to let them sit for 6-8 hours but the longer you let them sit, the better the color will stay. In my opinion keep them in for at least a day.

4.After you let them sit for whichever time period you let them, you have to rinse them out. First cut off all rubber bands. Then fill a washer in a large load and use the hottest water suitable for the fabric of the t-shirt. Put in a small amount of laundry soap. Wash each shirt by itself so that the colors do not bleed on each other and ruin them. When the clothes are done washing just throw them into the dryer. Do not let wet dyed fabric lay on any surface or other clothing, it will dye it. I also found that just rinsing the shirts out with cold water in a sink is a lot easier. Just make sure you let all of the clothes bleed out, then you can hang the wet shirt over a bucket or sink for it to dry. Also make sure that all dye power is cleaned up, it will stay invisible until water hits it.

6. Click the Play button one more time and revise as necessary.

10. Save the score as the title on your score and click Save. For instance, if the title is "Fugue in C Minor," that is what you put in the box located below the navigation screen and above the file type drop-box-list.
